About the experiment

Human Capital ETF is a small, deliberate experiment in treating personal growth with the structure of an investment product rather than the tone of self-help.

The project is run by an engineer who wanted a calmer, more systematic way to think about career, learning, and public work. Instead of building a brand around certainty, this site documents an ongoing process: hypotheses, allocations, and periodic reports.

• No hype: the language is intentionally plain and the claims are narrow.
• No “guru” posture: this is a personal experiment shared in public, not a playbook for others.
• Prospectus, not manifesto: the emphasis is on structure, disclosure, and repeatable process.

If the framework is useful, use it, adapt it, or ignore it. The goal is not to prescribe a path, but to offer a clearer way to reason about the one you are already on.
